SO WHO AM I?
10 years ago I was overweight, unfit, dangerously unhealthy, stressed, time-poor, lethargic, tired, lacking motivation and unhappy.
My relationships were suffering, and I was frustrated that my dreams were nose-diving through my fingers. I was a stressed, somewhat depressed middle-lane drinker with sky-high cholesterol.
Then I took a break from alcohol and my life was transformed. I lost 42lbs in weight, my resting heart rate dropped from 68 to 42 and I felt great. My relationships blossomed and my business boomed. I got my confidence back, along with my energy, zest for life and I felt happy.
The transformation I experienced from this one change inspired me to want to give back. This led to the creation of an alcohol-free movement that’s inspired over 100,000 people to also unleash their limitless potential by taking a break from the booze. I wrote two books, and did a TEDx talk called, The Limitless Pill, which was all about the benefits of taking a tactical break from the booze. I feel very grateful that I am now often described as one of the world’s leading behavioral change experts and performance coaches.
Today, I’m fitter and healthier than when I played a professional sport in my twenties. My relationships are better than ever and I escaped the rat race to do what I love.
